   Kudos are silly, yet merely an extension of something already present in our existence - easy, albeit empty praise. Kudos allow you to say "good job" without having to compromise anything or even initiating any form of long term contact. Humans have long tried to establish ways to show appreciation without all the messy, awkward stuff that accompanies it.
   
   This said, don't let my cynical anti-Vinny side mask my genuine appreciation for this very kind gesture. While we not always see to eye on every matter, and I know I can be depressing at times, it remains that Olio is a fine place and you a fine friend indeed for putting up with me.
